I try and cook this every year for St. Patrick's. My mother's recipe. Pressure cooked the brisket, then keep the soup to cook the potatoes, carrots, onions and cabbage.

    Our daughter was born on St Patrick’s Day so it’s a big deal at our house. Of course we do the corned beef, potatoes and soda bread but I’m the only one that likes cabbage so we’re having heirloom carrots instead.
