My day would have been a perfect 1200cal day if it weren’t for me feeling poorly in the evening (chronic illness) and ditching my original dinner plans for comfort food. 😅

Breakfast (500cal): Toast with lemon dill hummus and salad starter greens + strawberries in almond milk and vanilla protein powder + cottage cheese with shaved radish and guac

Lunch (380cal): chicken and golden potatoes in tomato alfredo sauce + cucumbers and gouda cheese in Skinny Girl poppyseed dressing

Dinner (445cal): a poptart and a ham cheese croissant 😂 (My original dinner plan was a tunafish salad for only 160cal plus 200cal worth of a dessert.)
