My friends used to have a vegan restaurant called Umami Gorilla but since the restaurant closed they do orders for take out on weekends sometimes and for holidays. They make everything homemade and are super creative and make delicious food and are also really cool people!
Just got some items from their St. Patty’s menu and it did not disappoint!
Pictured is corned beef hash, grilled hispi cabbage and boxti potato pancakes. Not pictured is a chocolate mint brownie I will be having later 🤤
P.s – they just started selling their homemade meats and cheeses that can be purchased online. I have had so many different kinds and honestly the best tasting vegan cheeses and meats ever I highly suggest checking it out! All so good but the brisket is realllly something special!
