  1. Why chorizo in a paella?, its an ingridient for potaje type of food, on paella kills the rest of the flavor(On my opinion/experience), on the rest, i love the rest of the recipe

    I feel like a paint scraper isn’t the right utensil for this. I may be naive but wouldn’t those edges just gouge the pan?
