1. Bowl with rice, salad (radishes, cucumber, carrots, edamame, scallions, coriander), lotus root kimchi, mushroom balls (not homemade) and green beans

  2. Two types of antipasti I prepared for the weekend. One is mushrooms with garlic, herbs and olives, the other is eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion.
