
I have brown obsessed with these little guys and because I'm not a huge fan of potatoes (save for hashbrowns/fries, which are way too high in calories), I was thinking of using them as replacement when I don't want to make the usual pasta and rice.
Calories wise, they are between 95 and 115 per 100 grams depending on the brand.
My height is 165 cm, weight is 65 kg and goal is 55-57 kg. Because I don't really work out and only walk an average of 7k steps a day, my calories per day are 1200-1300.
I think calories wise, it could work out. I am just not certain when it comes to satiety and health. Of course, I am still careful to eat my veggies.
What do you guys think?
