

I've been eating mostly stupid-lazy-simple high-protein TMAD 1200. I have 300 cals for breakfast and 800-900 for dinner.
This is my favorite mega bowl. Please note: the bowl in the photo is huge. Its not a cereal bowl it's a family sized salad bowl.
1 can progresso pitmaster soup 260 cals 20g protein
1 bag ALDI riced cauli 80 cals
1 lb pack ALDI/kirkwood 99% lean ground turkey 112g protein
No spices or sauces needed the soup does all the flavoring and makes the super lean turkey not feel dry.
