Yeah yeah I know, 4 eggs in a day is a lot but I was really craving them 🤦🏻‍♀️ I also wasn’t hungry until quite late today, normally I have a bigger breakfast and smaller lunch. On days I don’t exercise I eat 1200 and days I do I eat 1400.

Breakfast:

Strawberry yoghurt pouch

Brunch:

Grilled cheese sandwich on whole bread with American cheese slices, 2 eggs and some ham on the side

Dinner:

Beef mince in tomato passata with eggs cracked on top. Basically a shakshuka bolognese combo.

Bonus isotonic drink cause I was craving it.
