[OC] Pizza with Parma ham, parmesan and stracciatella.

This is a local artisan (southwestern France) who sells pizzas from his foodtruck in my neighbourhood, which he makes with high end ingredients.

Today I chose "The Parma" : tomato sauce, mozzarella. After cooking : rocket, burrata stracciatella, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan shavings, fresh basil, balsamic glaze, Parma ham.

His pizzas are among the best in my city since I discovered it a year ago!
