I usually make this as a spread. The flavor of roasted eggplant is delicious, but I also add white beans when I blend everything together. It makes it extra creamy!

1 roasted eggplant
Lemon juice
Vegetable or olive oil
Tahini (I don't have any, so I blend it with sesame seeds)
Salt
200g white beans
