[OC] [I Ate] Sturgeon Picatta: butter whipped Yukon potatoes, lemon-caper sauce, wild mushrooms, crispy shallot persillade.
Lazy ribeye and a Cobb with scratch roquefort. No sear, med high indirect heat. Just got off a 470 ish mile drive home from work. Apologies for my dirty placemat.
