  1. I made this a few times using focaccia bread and I skipped the mayonaisse because I don’t like it but it’s such a tasty sandwich.

    My new obsession is a sub with soft italian bread, EVOO, a vulgar amount of capicolla, banana peppers, ripped basil, stracciatele, and balsamic glaze

    I made my version of this using buttermilk bread, Christmas ham and a homemade sweet/strong mustard.

    Reminds me of those fat mortadella sandwiches you get only in São Paulo. So gooooood (but also edible heart attacks). I think thy add a different cheese and also some dried tomatos IIRC
