






Most of this was on the go today! I’m super proud of hitting exactly 1200 so I wanted to post 🙂
Caveat- yes I exercise a LOT, I only stick to 1200 during the week, and I have regular planned “refeed” higher calorie days.
Breakfast on the way to my morning train 🙂 :
• 3 shots of espresso from Starbucks mixed with a can of Nurri
• Turkey Bacon & Egg White Breakfast Sandwich from Starbucks, I only ate half the English muffin! Took the top one off and just held the egg white.
Lunch, I was starving at work so I ordered Thai:
•16oz of Pho Beef Broth
• side of steamed mixed veggies (I ended up being pretty full so I barely ate this)
• Chicken Larb (this was an estimate, but I put it in the higher calorie category based on portion size)
Dinner, post-gym, I’ve been craving pigs in blankets!:
• 2 turkey hot dogs
• 2 reduced fat Pillsbury crescent rolls
Dessert:
•Ricotta cannoli cream
•12 raspberries (to hit 1200 exactly lol)
