hi https://www.reddit.com/r/1500isplenty/comments/1rpnx42/cheapest_possible_nutritionally_complete_diet/ original post

someone said they wanted a plan so here is the potential meal plan for it

you can change it to fit your needs but i just formatted it so that it is sort of what someone would eat and explanations for it (kind of sucks but this meal plan also is very odd so my bad)

uncategorized: supplement (gel pill)

breakfast: i did this because you can mix them both and use milk to make the greek yogurt less sour if it is that way. definitely not for some but you can just skip breakfast and shift the foods to the other meals. this is what i was thinking but most people need breakfast, so i just did this (gr yogurt, peanut butter, and 1 cup milk )

lunch: simple non sweet* lunch that is nice. *greek yogurt + peanut butter (melted) can make a somewhat okay sauce that goes over it if you are into that. or just eat the pb straight up and use the greek yogurt to make the meal less dry or tangy (lentils, rice, spinach, broccoli, etc)

dinner: non heavy meal that’ll be nice for last meal of the day. i did this because theres no peanut butter which does have the sugar, meaning it would be best to remove it at end of the day. and thats it i dont know what else to say for this one (carrots, gr yogurt, eggs)

snack: its peanut butter, it tastes good and is an actual snack option for some people. (pb)

sorry i dont really put much thought for meals as a whole. hopefully its enough variation to keep someone (i hope no one) from quitting just a week after doing this meal plan.

you can change the food amounts in each time for eating, and even shift whole meals to better fit any schedule or likes. i hope i did the follow up right because i couldnt figure out how to add the screenshot to the original post so yeah sorry if i didnt, tell me if i can so i can avoid doing this in the future
