Found some swordfish medallions at Publix and was in the mood for a crudo. Seasoned with salt, chopped some mint and serrano pepper. Finished with olive oil and lemon. First time trying swordfish and it was very tender, took the mint and pepper well.

  1. Broooo anytime I’ve filleted swordfish at work I’ve come across multiple worms in that shit. I would definitely not eat swordfish raw
