
My favorite recipes are ones that are super easy, not a lot of prep or clean up, yummy (of course) and healthy. I was starving the other day and came up with this- it took me 20 mins, (but I am pretty fast – so maybe 25-30) has a good amount of iron and protein and I ate it 3 nights in a row for dinner.
