Speaking as a long time chef/meat-eater recently gone vegan, this recipe looks and tastes exactly like beef Ragu:

  1. Brown abbots in high quality olive oil over medium heat

  2. Season with fajita seasoning listed below (to taste)

  3. Add the sauce & mix in more fajita seasoning (to taste)

  4. Add boiled chickpea noodles

(If you like your food on the spicer side, I also sometimes add diced pickled jalapeƱos)

Fajita Seasoning:

– [ ] 2 teaspoons chili powder

– [ ] 1 teaspoon salt

– [ ] 1 teaspoon ground paprika

– [ ] 1 teaspoon white sugar

– [ ] ½ teaspoon onion powder

– [ ] ½ teaspoon garlic powder

– [ ] ½ teaspoon ground cumin

– [ ] ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
