Topped with bacon, Brussel sprouts and chopped pistachios cooked in the bacon fat, and a dollop of sour cream.
I stopped making burgers when I got with my now fiancé 11 years ago since he makes them so perfectly. But sometimes you want to impress your person, even after a decade.
They came out closer to medium than medium rare but were juicy and delicious. 🥰
Oh yeah, served with a leftover fireball nip and a staring dog.
