    On the plate:

    – chickpea omelette (mixed 50 gr chickpea flour with some water, herb salt, smoked paprika, garlic granulate, pepper and italian herbs)
    – half an avocado topped with herb salt, pepper, italian herbs and sesame seeds
    – roasted tomatoes
    – bell pepper
    – pickles
    – dried apricots
    – walnuts and brazil nuts
    – chives
    – pumpkin seeds
    – sweet chili sauce
    – vegan ‘heksenkaas’ (the white stuff on the plate) translates to witch cheese. It’s like a very sweet herb/leek mayonaise almost

    This looks insanely good. I’ve noticed Reddit compresses my image quality too. But seriously, saving this because I usually do a big oatmeal bowl for breakfast and sometimes I want a change 🤍
