I’m curious to know how you made the roasted garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini. I love both so would love to know your method of cooking them. Looks good!

I spent years making watery mashed potatoes because I thought I was saving money by skimping on butter. Then I realized I was actually wasting potatoes by not getting the texture right.
