Cowboy caviar salad with Tostitos for lunch

Greek chicken or turkey & broccoli bowl for dinner

Usually I’ll have a protein bar at some point in the day as well. I also always have a tablespoon of m&ms or skittles because I love a sweet treat.

It’s been 2 weeks and my stomach is still really adjusting to the high fibre/protein.. I hope I’m not this gassy forever 🙊
