372 calories per serving. 4 servings in total. I had half of this dish just because it’s so low calorie but even 1/4 is more than enough!

If you’re looking for a dish that’s got a lot of volume then I’d recommend this. Also cheap and quick to make too!

(The measurements should be 1 can of carrots and 1 can lentils but the cals were wrong on the app)
