This is The New Jersey Hot Dog Index, an ontology of hot dogs in the state of New Jersey, USA.

Each photo was taken in a product photography setup using the same camera and lens, to ensure uniformity. The styles here range from common all over to categories of hot dog that can only be found in the Garden State.

Categories are based on how the hot dogs are cooked (red), the toppings used (blue), the hot dog style itself (yellow), how they are sold (blue), and nonconformance with any kind of standard! (green).
