

y'all loved my last recepie so here's one more
What's spaghetti without any creamy sauce? But it's too high in cals so I made this delish hidden veggies version.
I know 60g might sound less but trust me the sauce was so heavy it kept me full till night, i am gonna make it my everyday lunch because it's so fucking healthy!
Ingredients
60 g dry pasta → 210 kcal
50 g silken tofu → ~36 kcal
Veggies :
70 g zucchini → ~12 kcal
60 g mushrooms → ~13 kcal
50 g cauliflower → ~12 kcal
30 g onion → ~12 kcal
70 g tomato → ~13 kcal
40 g cherry tomatoes → ~7 kcal
50 g red bell pepper → ~15 kcal
50 g yellow bell pepper → ~15 kcal
25 g carrot → ~10 kcal
10 g spinach → ~2 kcal
Total ≈ 345 kcal
Put the roasted vegetables in a blender with 50 g silken tofu, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, garlic cloves, basil, black pepper, and a little pasta water. Blend until smooth. Keeping adding your pasta water when it gets very thick Make sure you're very high on seasonings! Very!
Make sure to add cauliflower and mushroom bcuz they are what that will give the creamy texture, the tofu is optional but i highly recommend it, you can also use milk or cottage cheese too but since I wanted it to be very low cal I use tofu but it depends on your taste !!
I topped it off with some feta cheese, hope you guys loved it cause I sure did!!
