


Not only did I hit over 100 g of protein (which I never manage to do), but I only had 1,223 calories. I’ve genuinely never had such a good day. At this point I’m thinking I should just eat the same thing every day !
Here’s the breakdown:
Breakfast: Egg, ham, and cheese bagel. I make the bagels myself (the Greek yogurt + flour recipe).
→ 268 calories, 22 G protein
Lunch: Chicken pasta box meal from the supermarket. It’s from a brand Weight Watchers, so it’s relatively low calorie (but also smaller portions)
→ 306 calories, 23 g protein
Dinner: My version of a mix between chilaquiles and huevos rancheros (Mexicans please don’t come for me, I’m using those terms very loosely lol). I added some chicken and one egg, and the “chips” were just a flour tortilla I toasted.
→ 472 calories, 37 g protein
Snack/Dessert: A mandarin + a HiPRO by Danone protein pudding (chocolate hazelnut flavor but the pistachio one is even better).
→ 138 calories, 18 g protein
I’m actually amazed at this day.
