
Pretty much my healthy take on chinese fried rice…
could add eggs or chicken but im not a fan
1/2 head brocilli
150g califlower rice
1 Red Onion
Light Soy sauce
Spring Onion
Dried Herbs, Garlic, msg, chilli, papriki, s+p
Could double the brocili and rice for volume wouldnt make much of a difference calorie wise theyre pretty low
