Fesenjān is a Persian pomegranate and walnut stew. Back when we were children, my siblings and I used to call it "Poo-Poo-Jān" for obvious reasons 🤭 Regardless of looks, this is incredibly delicious and is one of my three favorite dishes: Mole, Fesenjān, and Rendang.
