Made a cozy comfort dinner tonight and it turned out better than expected, frozen pierogis boiled, then pan fried in butter until golden and crispy on the outside, beef smoked sausage browned in a skillet, then used the drippings with a spoon of bacon fat to fry up cabbage with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and a splash of apple cider vinegar at the end.
