I cooked spaghetti, meatballs, and garlic bread [homemade]
Made my first red sauce from scratch. Simmered for 5 hours and thickened in a sperate pan with the pasta water. The bread is homemade Japanese Milk Bread, and I made compound butter with oregano, roasted garlic, and lemon zest.
