•I bought local chicken breasts at the butcher in my community and ground them up.

•Then added spices I like to the ground meat, shape them into nuggets and dust in whatever flour you like.

•Put them in the freezer on a pan.

-It's just to be able to work with the ground meat so it will still keep its shape when breading.

•When the meat is frozen enough that it won't loose its shape then you can take it out to bread.

•I like to use panko with a little bit of flour and a lot of spices!

• I'll then add it to my air fryer or you could make in it the oven. So good! I've made a greek yogurt dip for it too before that is awesome!

You can eat so many more of these than you can with any take out nuggets . I just weighed mine in oz and then estimated for the breading on each nugget. I got panko because it was lower cals!
