I like to fry my tofu in vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet, but it works equally as well if you make it in the air fryer. When I make it in the air fryer, I toss my tofu in soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little olive oil following [this recipe](https://www.stephsunshine.com/vegan-life/air-fryer-tofu/). Just combine hot teriyaki sauce with the finished air fryer tofu in a hot pan, then stir in the cornstarch mixture to finish!
