Home made Korean chicken thighs

  1. Ok recipe is:

    3 tbsp gochujang

    4–5 cloves garlic

    1–2 tbsp Korean dried red pepper flakes (gochugaru)

    2 tbsp soy sauce

    1 tbsp sesame oil

    1½ tbsp agave syrup

    1 tbsp rice vinegar or mirin

    1 tbsp canola oil

    tsp fresh grated ginger

    1 tsp fish sauce

    1 habanero (whole thing)

    Save some for basting…

    225 for 45 min and 400 for 15 minutes
