I’ve been really into offset smoking and BBQ for a long time but not much action in the kitchen. Bought some new pans and knives and thing and just spending time in the kitchen most nights messing around In order: Moco Loco (never made gravy) Spaghetti and Meatballs (wanted to try making noodles, just learned what panade was 3 hours ago) Red wine braised chuck roast (never cooked with wine or made a reduction sauce) Sous vide pork chops, a reduction sauce I burned (still tasted good eventually) and some loaded mashed potatoes
