Recipe courtesy of The Korean Vegan Homemade. I modified slightly by changing the seasonings to match my NYT Roasted Cabbage recipe with capers and garlic (used Penzey’s Krakow Nights for that Eastern European vibe). Dipping sauce is katsu.
