
Am new to counting my calories. Having this for breakfast, lunch and snack. Something to drink whenever we feel hungry!
I have also a whole rotisserie chicken (shredded no skin) mixed in with 80g of 0% Greek yoghurt, drizzle of light mayo, teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Gonna eat it with a lettuce wrap.
That’s a meal for 2 for 1 whole day!
