This is the first time in my life I have been consistently weighing out and recording my food, and I hate to admit it is actually working to help me reach my goal.
I had gained a lot of weight unintentionally over the past few years due to chronic illness. (30 extra pounds on a 5' woman is a lot I fear🥹) I am determined to take care of myself more now. I'd like to start sharing some of the fun things I make if that is ok.

tracking food was a game changer for me too. when i started i was shocked at how much i was actually eating vs what i thought. your meals look amazing – especially the homemade sourdough. making your own bread must feel so satisfying.
