recently getting back into being more vigilante in calorie tracking, and also generally try to stick to whole foods and minimise waste. I have a strong preference for eating most of my calories at meals and I’m not much of a breakfast person so I am for a decent size lunch and dinner and minimal snacks.

i had some leftover cooked potatoes so fried up some chorizo (the one I buy locally has two mini sausages for 145 cal) and then cooked the potatoes in the oil. added a bit of leftover leek and then some kale and cherry tomatoes before pouring I’ve 2eggs. I was originally planning to add some egg whites to make more of a frittata but didn’t have any so turned it into more of a scramble- not pretty but delicious! finished with parsley and some hot sauce. I also added about 50 cal worth of feta but tbh could taste this at all so would omit next time.

total came to 570 cal and about 30g protein.
