
Been stuck at a plateau for almost 2 months now and I’m just trying to stay motivated on the 1200cals train. I’m pushing harder on protein intake at the moment.
Breakfast (539cals)
– 3 boiled eggs with some salt and pepper
– Rokeby protein drink which I have half during breakfast and the other half during morning tea
Lunch (242cals)
– Salad with roasted sesame dressing and canned smoked salmon
Pre-gym snack (87cals)
– boiled prawns
Dinner (334cals)
– Airfried brocollini
– Beef Ravioli (had my carb cravings)
Dessert (50cals)
– Half a raspberry punnet
