[homemade] Pork Cutlet with German Red Cabbage and Fried Potatoes

I used to love pork schnitzel when my mother made it growing up. I just don’t want to deal with the mess of all that oil to pan fry it.

I just realized I haven’t had a good one in years. Maybe it’s time to see if I can replicate her cooking.
