I meal prep every Sunday and really wanted to figure out something that would fit my macros but take almost no time to prep.
I ended up finding reduced fat macaroni and cheese and pulled pork at Trader Joe's, decided to slap them together with green beans and my favourite lower cal BBQ sauce and voila!
6 boxes of the Mac and cheese, 1 box of the pulled pork and a 1lb bag of green beans made 6 servings.
519 calories, 35 grams of protein, close to zero effort and YUMMY!
