Hi all, I thought I'd share some meals I've had lately that have been around 400 calories or less, that left me feeling satisfied and could maybe serve as inspiration to some of you
WARNING: I love ricecakes.
Each meal is accompanied by its macros and ingredient list.
-
Ricepaper sausage rolls with veggies (432c)
This was something I packed for university, but these would definitely be best enjoyed right out the oven. I still like them cold though -
Ricecakes (chickpea-cakes, to be precise) with pork pate (I love pate.) (390c)
-
Egg fried rice with turkey (430c)
This was made using rice from my freezer, it's just black rice with tons of veggies. This is also something I packed for university. I know the black rice might be off-putting to some but it's my favorite lol -
Chocolate thick yogurt… box (?) (383c)
Packed for university again. Quark is a sort of very thick german yogurt that I love. I also add sweetener, cinnamon, ginger & clove -
Ricecake plate (382c)
This is mostly higher in calories because as you can see from the ingredients, I was indulging some fancier cheeses . That's one of the perks of ricecakes, calorie wise. -
Tuna salad with corncakes (433c)
I find the sweetness of the corncakes goes great with the intensity of tuna salad. My seasonings of choice: paprika, garlic, cumin, oregano, S&P -
Spinach veggie slop (326c)
this is a very quick dinner I made with what I had because i haven't had time to grocery shop HAHA I'm including it bc it was actually very yummy and filling. -
Oat crepes (400c)
I had one with feta & cheese, one with feta & jam, and 2 plain.
….I was gonna make it to 10 but I'm feeling lazy so have all of these for now 😛 Sorry if there's any formatting mistakes, mobile is a B
