One of my fav lunch bowls!

This has 3 components lettuce, chickpea salad and edamame

Chickpea salad (4 servings)

360g of boiled chickpeas (cooked weight)

200g tomatoes (2 tomatoes)

100 g onion (1 onion)

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

Juice of one lime

100g lettuce+75 grams edamame+1/4 of the chickpea salad comes to 18P for 270 cals

    Edamame looks good! 

    Personally I think I’d much rather have whole chickpeas/chopped tomatoes and onions than a paste of all three.
