lunch: rice, heavy cream, chicken, garlic and onion and some veggies
dinner: kefir, protein powder, peanut butter, jam, choco granola and pine nuts
snacks: kinder country + sparkling water with zero calorie syrup

How much of the kinder bar did you eat? Id probably eat the whole thing!
