I made this plate of sushi (15 pcs), and it was exactly 185 kcal, including the ginger. I finished only 12 pcs. The texture isn’t exactly the same as sushi rice, but it’s still very pleasant! The base is a ready-made konjac/shirataki “rice ball.”

Toppings:

Surimi
Searer tuna
Salmon (gravlax)
Smoked pine
Ham

After this I had room for extra snacks so it is a win win!
