Single smashed beef patty with cheddar cheese, 'mcmuffin style' sunny side up egg, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, arugula, and maple-sriracha mayo.
Had to use fresh baked grocery buns as English muffins are not prevalent here in Belgium, but this actually made it even better I believe.
