I'm Ary, an Italian food blogger over at Aryhomestyle (first time posting here, be gentle lol).

I make simple vegan stuff at home and love vegan-izing old-school Italian desserts, so they still feel like the real deal with no eggs or dairy products involved.

Thought I'd share this one: vegan zabaione (zabaglione) with Marsala. It's that classic creamy, boozy Italian custard, but plant-based and way easier. Tastes like nonno's version but without the animal bits. Super silky, perfect cold or warm.

Recipe is in italian, so just chuck it into Google Translate if you want, it'll probably turn "zabaione" into "magic fluffy booze cloud" or whatever, close enough. You will also find a video tutorial from my IG account.
