meal 2: toast, avocado, sauted red cabbage+spinach, buffalo chicken and an egg
meal 3: air fryer chips (fries), buffalo chicken, cottage cheese and smashed avocado (prebought mix)
meal 4: 3 tier sandwich with 55cal wholemeal bread and an egg
