Been tweaking the battering method and I’m happy with it.

  1. Looks great! How did you do a wet batter in air fryer? I’ve only done dry dredge plus spray oil for air fried chicken, which works decently well. Crisp at first only. 

    Ignore the other commenter, general tso’s chicken should be battered lol. Dredge wouldn’t hold up well with the sauce.
