I’m sorry but by the looks of the pasta there is not one bit of sauce sticking to it, which would point to the fact that either it wasn’t tossed in the sauce, or the sauce is wayy too thin, or both, either way a crime already for many reasons. And wth is that powder on there, that looks like some weird premade package stuff more than anything (surely not pecorino), mix content with 200ml water and bring to a simmer lookin’ ass sauce.

Edit: Plus there is salad on it for no good reason and are those bits of ¿broccoli? in there?? And some other nondescript herbs I think, which obviously do not belong in a carbonara when I can’t spot a single crumb of black pepper(!). So yeah are you sure this was advertised as carbonara and is not supposed to be something entirely different?
