This meal was back in October but I figured I'd post it now and get more involved in this subreddit😊. I have very limited experience with sushi as I'm only starting to learn more about the craft. Masuda has been my favorite in the city ever since I visited – I would put Hyun in second since I feel like Masuda had more standout dishes that made me lean back in my seat and go "wow", like the ankimo pudding with daidai jelly that I forgot to take a picture of, or the kasugo with kelp and sudachi.
